Returns (when purchasing from us you agree to the terms below)

 

NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us on the contact us page for an exchange or email us at customercare1994@outlook.com

 

 INCORRECT ADDRESS?

 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped. We cannot refund you for address mistakes.

 

*Please note that we are not liable for extended wait times on shipping. We do not offer refunds for delays.

 

We exchange items if they are defective or damaged for the same exact item and size purchased only. If you need to exchange it for the same item and size only, send us an email on the contact us page for further instructions.

 

*If you receive a damaged item you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the item*

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Once an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order.

 

Miss Maes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout.

 

All merchandise is inspected before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.

 

We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

Standard shipping times are up to 15 business days, as all of our packages ship from our international vendors. Please be patient your package is on the way…

 

We are not liable for any extended wait time on your packages. If a package ships late or out of our estimated time frame we are not obligated to refund.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items are shipped from us. All orders are posted tracked and signed with royal mail. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays or delays caused by your local post office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
